1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases on Leo's Mugs are for digital download files and are non-refundable. Because the file is delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been initiated. If you experience a technical issue preventing your download, please contact us and we'll make it right.

2. Personal Use Only

The mug wrap files you purchase are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. This means you may:

• Print the wrap file for your own personal mug
• Gift a single printed mug to another person

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the file or printed products
• Use the file for commercial production or mass printing
• Share or upload the file publicly in any form

3. Download Failures

Leo's Mugs is not liable for failed, interrupted, or lost downloads caused by browser settings, network issues, or device storage limitations. We strongly recommend saving your file immediately after download. If your download fails for any reason, email us with your order reference and we will resend your file at no charge.

4. Acceptable Use

By purchasing a mug wrap file, you agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. You may not use Leo's Mugs designs to produce materials that contain:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Content that infringes on any third-party copyright or trademark
• Explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All bungalow artwork, designs, and imagery on Leo's Mugs remain the intellectual property of Leo's Mugs. Purchase of a download file does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
